Collected Personal Data

We collect only the data needed to operate as a software provider: name, business email and contact details; account and login credentials; billing/invoicing information; and technical data such as IP address, log data and usage analytics. We do not collect or hold client trading-account funds or brokerage credentials beyond what is required for the software to connect to a client's own broker via secure API keys, which remain under the client's control.

 

Purpose of collecting data

To provide, maintain and support our software; to manage accounts, licensing and billing; to communicate with clients about the service; to ensure security and prevent misuse; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed lawfully under UK GDPR and retained only as long as necessary for these purposes
