Dye Algorithmic Solutions Ltd is a software company. We build on-premises algorithmic trading software that installs on your machine and runs under your control.
We are a technology vendor. We do not hold client money, we do not execute trades on anyone’s behalf, and we do not give investment advice.

Apollo, Artemis and Demeter trade US-listed shares and funds, long and short. Ker trades cryptocurrency, long only. Atlas (futures) and Nyx (cryptocurrency, long and short) are on Pro and Enterprise only.
Quarterly saves 10% against monthly. Annual saves about 32%.
Lifetime is only on Starter and Plus. It is one payment for the version you buy, including its updates. New strategies and new major versions are separate purchases.
Nothing is for sale yet. Registering interest is not an order or a sale.
Free first month and practice month
Free first month: Starter, Plus and Pro subscriptions are free for the first calendar month. The first payment is taken on the same date the following month (for example, sign up 16 October, first payment 16 November). There is no free month on Enterprise or on a lifetime purchase.
Practice month: for the first calendar month after a customer passes the onboarding questions, the software only works with a broker practice (paper) account. Live trading unlocks after that.
How the trading controls work
Each strategy has an automatic-execution setting, which is off when you start. While it is off, each trade is held for you to confirm in the app. If you don't confirm it within 24 hours, it is missed.
You can switch automatic execution on for any strategy, and it then sends that strategy's trades without asking.
Either way, a protective stop order already resting at your broker fills on its own, without asking.
You can halt the software, cancel a pending order or close a position at any time.
Subscriptions: renewal, cancelling and refunds
Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period (monthly, quarterly or annual) until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by emailing lindsey@dyealgosolutions.com. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. To stop the next renewal, please do this at least 14 days before your renewal date.
Reminders. We will email you before your first payment at the end of the free month, and before renewals, reminding you how to cancel.
14-day right to cancel. You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment after the free month, and within 14 days of each annual renewal, and get a refund. The refund is reduced proportionately for the time you have used.
Annual price change. Subscription prices may rise once a year, on the anniversary of your first payment, by the rate of inflation (CPI), capped at 5%. This never applies to a lifetime licence.
For businesses
Pro and Enterprise are available to businesses. Enterprise covers 5 users.
A business signs up through a named person, who confirms their role and that they can commit the business.
Individuals can buy Pro only as a certified high net worth investor or a self-certified sophisticated investor. They make the official statement and answer a further set of questions before buying.
Software licence only. Dye Algo is not a broker, advisor or portfolio manager. Automated trading carries a significant risk of capital loss.
